The first thing you see is the splash screen. The picture must be provided by a customer. It cannot be changed in TVMS because it’s hardcoded in the app. Refer to the TVMS Artwork page to learn more about pictures requirements.
Then we see the Service ID screen. This ID defines the OTT service we'd like to use.
This screen isn’t mandatory. It appears only if a Superhost Name is configured. In case if it’s not, go to the next step.
Click Change Language to change a language.
Follow the way to find the list settings in TVMS: My Deployments > UI Toolkit > choose the deployment you need > Languages. Refer to the Languages guide.
Here we are on the login screen. Username and Password are set in TVMS, customers must know them.
To change the text on the right side refer to the Hostnames documentation.
Enter Username and Password, press Submit. This info is available for each customer in its Details, check the Customer details guide to learn more.
In case if a customer forgot the credentials, click the Forgot User/Pass button on the Login screen.
The information will be sent via Email or SMS specified in the customers account.
Here appears the loading screen. If something goes wrong, you get an error code. Refer to to learn more.
