Stocks

This is a tool you may use to manage the device stock in your use, for resellers and dealers.

  • Import Stock - import the devices information from an Excel file

  • Operator Stocks - info about devices in your use

  • Reseller Stocks - info about devices in resellers use

  • Dealer Stocks - info about devices in dealers use

Import Stocks

You have to prepare an Excel file with three columns: SN, MAC, and CartonNO for a particular device, like this:

Then, select a required Device Model, in this case, this is a MAG 250. Specify Stock Location, then press the Import Stock button.

Then the info will be available on the initial page.

Operator Stocks

You may select a device (it's grayed), then choose to whom you want to assign this device. Click Save Progress to move a device to Reseller/Dealer stock.

There are the following properties:

  • Box Type - the box model

  • Box Serial - the SN of a box

  • Box MAC

  • Store Location

  • Delete

Resellers and Dealer Stocks

On these pages, you see what a Reseller/Dealer owns which devices.
