Here you may check and manage the following options:
Name
Mapping ID
Subscription Type - can't be changed if it was set during the product creation
Number of Allowed Devices - how many devices can one user use with his account
Payment type
Subscriptions
Specify the additional info of the product.
Product Prices - available currencies
Plan Name - specify its name, e.g. Basic
Subscription Length
Subscription Type - a unit of measure of the length (days, month, years)
Product Price - set prices according to the currencies
Plan Image, Short Description, Plan Description - this info will be displayed in a webshop.
Is Default- make this payment plan a default one
Below you see the table with already added payment plans to this product. You can add multiple plans, e.g. 1 month, 6 months, 1 year.
Resellers
Here you can assign this product to your resellers.
Resellers - select a required one
Select Plans - select a product's plan
Reseller Discount - set if any
Add Product - apply the changes
Packages
Here you manage the crucial products' settings - its packages.
IP Ranges Packages - select an IP Range to restrict access to your system from prohibited networks. Refer to the IP Access guide to learn more
Accessible Countries - select countries that are allowed to the service, the countries that aren't listed will be banned. Leave blank if all the countries are allowed.
DVR Package - select a DVR package to give your customers the opportunity to schedule show recordings. Refer to the DVR plan guide to learn more.
Catchup Plan - select a DVR package to give your customers the opportunity to watch channels from the archive. Refer to the Catchup Plans guide to learn more.
For Channels, Movies, Series, Education, Music, Apps - add so many packages as you want to be in this product.
Click Update Packages to apply the changes.
To apply the changes in the Users Interface, don't forget the Cloud Sync
Promotions
Promotions allow you to add news that your customers will see on the home page in the News & Information box. Upload the news image, put the Description text, press Add News.
In the table below you see other promotions.
Devices
The list of supported devices in a product. Toggle the switches ON and OFF to activate/deactivate devices.
User Interface
These settings will help you to adjust the UI experience in the users app.
Enable Advertisements
Show Channel Preview - to show a minimized TV player when scrolling the TV Guide
Show Weather
Show EPG Preview
Max Days Interactive TV - the length of available archive
Start in TV Mode - the app starts showing the TV channels instead of the Home page
Sleep Mode - set time after which the sleep mode activates
User Interface - selected User Interface that you have created in the UIT
Webshops
Select Webshop Type and Select Webshop options to add a product to a selected shop.
