Make sure there are no non-visible characters like tabs or spaces in the Package Name, as the comparison with the loaded Package Name is looking for the exact match. Once accepted you cannot verify it in the Push Actions list.
Same counts for the Version
Package name can be found in the "About" screen in the Users app
You can use the same version APK for the update as the one that is already on the device, as long as the new version number is higher.
