Use email templates to send different kinds of information to customers.

TVMS has different templates. Select one from the list for editing:

• Registration email - use this template for a greeting mail with account information

• Subscription expired mail - use this to notify about expired subscriptions

• Resend login email - to resend a Registration email

• Enable account - notification about an account enabling

• Disable account - notification about an account disabling

• Add a reseller - a mail for reseller with its login details

Edit Template

Use the WYSIWYG features to edit a template. Use the useful function Placeholders that allows to substitute a value, like a login, password, url, etc. The list of available placeholders:

• Customer Name

• Service ID

• Logins

• Subscription info

• Trial info

• Reseller Name

• Customer Login

• Ticket URL

• WebTV URL

• Tracking ID

• First Name

• Last Name

• Product Name

• Expiration Date

• Brand Name

• Company Logo

• Payment Amount

Click the Save Template button to save the changes.
