Cloud Sync

Cloud Sync is one of the most important things in TVMS. It applies the changes in the TVMS to the User application, making all the changes you've done available to use. Without the Cloud Sync customers won't see any content, even couldn't log in to the app.

Cloud Sync is placed on the top panel.

There are two options: Publish All Products for all CRM under CMS and Publish Products.

The first option is available if you have more than 1 CRM, so you can apply the changes for all.

Such option is available for every CRM.

You need to select that checkboxes that you need.

For example, you added new channels and new packages in products, so you need to check Products and Channels, then click the tv icon area.

If you made changes but don't see them applied in the User's App - always check if you synced them.

Check content you need to sync to customers, wait until the sync is done.
