Generic issues
If your customers report you complaints regarding the user application or you have general TVMS issues, please check and provide us with the information below.
General information that  we need to check a reported issue:
- App version (see settings menu in App) 
- Device type and model, OS version 
- CRM in TVMS, username and password 
- Problem reported by 1 or many subscribers 
- Problem description (how can we reproduce the reported problem) 
- Describe the actions step by step as detailed as possible that will show the problem (reproduction sequence). 
- A screenshot or movie always works best, especially with UI issues
