To get the example import file, click the Download Sample checkbox, select Channels in the expanding menu, then press the Download Sample button. You can also get this file here:

Using this file, you can specify such options, like:
Channel ID
Channel Name
Channel Archive
Channel URL
Channel EPG
Advertising options
Assign Groups and Packages
and many more

Open the TVMS, click My Deployments, select CMS, go to Import/Export, in the Select Operation click Import. Leave Channels in Select Datatype. If you import the channels for the first time, turn Overwrite off.
Then, click Select files... and upload the import file. If some required columns are missed, you'll see a warning popup. Specify the email box in which you want to get the import results email.
You may switch the Overwrite toggle if you want to change the properties of the already added channels.
There's the option to upload the TV content via URL using a .m3u file
Specify the following:
Use M3U categories - switch it ON if you want to import categories info
Import URL - specify the TV content URL
Select Groups - select a group(s) in which you want to add new content to
Select Packages - select a package(s) in which you want to add new content to
Click Start Importing to start the process.
You may also download the export file with all the TV channels information. Open Import/Export, in the Select Operation click Export, leave Channels in Select Datatype, press Export Data. Then you get the Excel file with content like this:
This is useful if you want to do a bulk update and reimport again to change properties for many channels. In this case, don't forget to use the Overwrite feature while importing.
The import may take time, depending on how much content do you plan to import. Once it is done, you'll get an email, the TV channels will be shown on .
