# Messages

*Messages* is used to send customers messages about new content or a regular message. Customers check Messages in Settings in the app.

### Messages properties

* *Select Notification Type* - free text message or a content-related one. In the second case, you need to select a *Content Type* and *Content Item*
* *Title* 
* *Description*
* *Image*
* *Send Email* - To use Mass Mailing functionality go to Mass Mail Settings and follow the instructions.
* Click the **Add Notification** button to apply the changes

The table includes already sent messages with*Title, Content Type* and *Date*.
