Open the TVMS, click My Deployments, select CMS, go to Transcoders.
The Transcoders section allows you to set up and integrate your Flussonic or DVEO transcoder with the TVMS. The advantage of doing this is that you can easily setup InteractiveTV (CatchupTV, PauseTV, ReplayTV ,and DVR) and managing your Flussonic's from one central place.
On the initial page you see the transcoders information:

Click to add a new one.
