# Understanding TVMS

## Understanding TVMS

TVMS consists of four big modules:

1. **Content Management (CMS)** - the module where all the content is stored. One **CMS** can serve one or many **CRM**. It is useful in case if e.g. you do business in many states under different trademarks, but use the same content
2. **Customer Management (CRM)** - the module with all the business units and products that you sell to your customers. There are can be many **CRM** if you want to expand your business and don't mix things in one **CRM**
3. **Reporting Service (MIQ)** - the reporting module for a particular **CMS** and **CRM**
4. **UI Toolkit (UIT)** - the graphics and hostnames management for a particular **CRM**
